Ordering Options: Guest Gifts, Giveaways & Conference Materials 

Authorized units of the University of Cologne can order guest gifts, giveaways, and conference materials via the internal platform. Please note that access and ordering procedures vary depending on the category:

Category: Giveaways & Conference Materials 

University units with their own budgets can order promotional and event-related items via Campus Sportswear. 

How to proceed:

• Register once via the “Login” button at the top right – no access code is needed. 
• Enter all required information, including a personal password, in the form.
• Then contact Campus Sportswear by email or phone. After review, you will receive the special customer status “Giveaways & Conference Materials.” 
• Important notes: Activation is not automatic – please allow 1–2 working days.
• Under “My Account,” please enter a valid billing email address. The cost center is a mandatory field during the order process.
