Exchange & Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receiving the goods in accordance with the terms stated in our General Terms and Conditions (including the cancellation policy). Please note that return shipping costs must be covered by you.

How to return an item:

1. Return period

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your item. The products must be unused and in their original condition (including tags and packaging). Please complete the provided sample cancellation form and include it with your return.

2. Return label and shipping costs

Returns are at your own expense. Unfortunately, we cannot cover return shipping costs or provide a return label. We recommend sending the item securely and with tracking to ensure coverage in case the package is lost.
